We are now making it easier to phone for a taxi. Our Interactive-Voice-Response system that allows you to book your taxi without the need to wait for your phone call to be answered..... this is how it works.

If you are a regular customer the chances are that we already have your address on our data-base so our system will recognise your telephone number and match your address to your number.

When you dial 202020 or 747474, and IVR is active you will be greeted with the following message:

Welcome to Brighton & Hove Streamline Taxis: To order a four seater taxis from "your address will be stated" for cash, to arrive as soon as possible, please press 1. Or to speak to an operator please press 0

So, if your address is recognised and announced correctly, and you only need an ordinary four seater taxi paying by cash, then you all you have to do is press 1 and your taxi is booked.

However, if you have any other taxi requirements outside the normal criteria, such as a prefered type of vehicle or an advanced booking, then press 0 which will put you through to a telephonist.

If you prefer not to have this service available to you then please press 0 and ask the telephonist who will removed the IVR option from your data information.
