Call-Center: Using state-of-the-art technology, our friendly and knowledgeable staff are here to help with all your enquiries and bookings. We encourage a relaxed and open environment for our call centre staff ensuring that the service we provide is always at an optimum. Below you can see that we have stations for up to twelve tele-ops. Last year we took nearly 1.7 million calls.

We also have the facility for two tele-ops in our satellite office at Pool Valley Coach Station, in the Brighton city center.
